HELP!!! PMDG MD-11

I recently purchased the PMDG MD-11... Well needless to say I don't ever fly it! Why you say? Because I cant fly it.... I cant take off without alarms going off like crazy! I cant go above 10,000 ft! aannnddd I cannot land this thing at all!.......

Problems:
Takeoff- Every time I take off I always get the "wwwooopp wwooopp stabilizer" alarm. I set the flaps to what is required and no matter what I have the trim at on the elevator I still get the alarm....

10,000ft- Every time I get to ten thousand feet, the throttle cuts off!!!??? I do not have AP on so why is the throttle cutting off!?

Landing- Every time I go for landing I will set up on final and everything is perfect! But as soon as I get to around 1000 ft the throttle goes back to FT!!! WTF!!??? no auto pilot is turned on PLUS the elevator messes all up too! When I get close to the ground the elevator goes into this full up position or full down. No matter how I try to compensate the elevator goes to both maximum positions! up and down!???

Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong!!?? Please!!???

Learn to fly.  The systems on the md-11 need to be programed to fly.  You cant just start up and fly a free flight.  That's why it sucks.

The PMDG is supposed to be a highly complex and realistic simulation of a jet airliner. It REQUIRES reading the manual and going through advanced pre-flight procedures in order to operate it properly. This is not a "get up and go" adddon.
