REX ERROR

I have recently installed REX without any problems, but when i click on the configuration icon on my desktop i get an error message saying:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007B).

i have tried reinstalling REX a number of times and still unable to fix it.

[Keep It Simple]

Unfourtunately, some are having trouble with REX including some various error messages.
