Real Environment Xtreme is in its final testing pstages and is going to be released to the FlightSim Store for around US $39.95 (AU $50.00 for all you Aussies like me!)

Now that is the right thing to do, since they don't even have a release date I suspect they might release only in a few months time.

Wow it seems they ahve generated quite the drama lol. i can only imagine what will happen if it comes out and its either A, buggy, B, not good looking as we thought, C, both. People will go out with pitchforks and torches and turn cars over lol. i think it will live up to its hype, hopefully it will!

but i agree with most, their marketing wasn't the best i've seen. theyre set up for a total success or utter failure, even though i think it will go the first route, i wouldnt want to risk going down the second b/c of bad marketing!

The very reason why I won't buy REX straight after release.

I'll first see how other guys find it, performance and looks wise. I always delay on over hyped products, they are often the failures.

I am not saying REX will be one of them as it isin't out yet but nothing wrong with been cautious.
