Need a Panel.cfg file

I Got the F14A Tomcat Grumman and i would need the Panel.cfg file that has the RCBCO or Carrier Ops 2 package in it cause i just totally screwed the panel.cfg ive been trying to isntal for about 3weeks and cant get it so if someoen could provide me with the F14A Grumman panel.cfg with the Carrier Ops 2 in it please

Seeing as Carrier Ops 2 is a paywear package it will be illegal to give out the .cfg file, so there isnt really much anyone can do.

Lets me get this straight they let use download and give us a manual to install it but when you have it all set up your .cfg file becomes theres? wtf is up with that we downloaded it and we should be able to GIVE OUR OWN .cfg files cause it came with our installation if it was payware they would charge
im 12yrs old i dont see this
