What do you want to know I have had this package for some time now and think it is awesome. You can pick what you want or do not want at the time of install. It adds roads rivers and other details not in the default scenery. It adds a level of detail for those who fly VFR as the missing roads in the default scenery makes VFR flying somewhat difficult. The other good thing about it is it is frame rate friendly. I looked at several different packages before I picked this one as it has the detail without the frame rate hit. 8-)

It's a download option too.  I was able to get it in a very fast amount of time on broadband myself.  If you don't have a fast connection then go with the CD.  I think the DL is only 500 to 600 MB.

One few words of caution.  UT can often induce blurries and may impact frame rates as well.  I have both major blurries and slower performance with UT running.  It' really awesome for some areas and bad for others.  Example, I live in Phoenix, AZ, and UT places part of my huge city on South Moutain, a mountain just south of town.  Not very realistic.  UT will also displace all your bridges and buildings in cities too.  Flying along the coast of CA was awful.  You basically have to download this add on (shareware) to remove the misplaced objects and possibly fix them.  Unfortunately, they aren't all fixed.  Because UT essentially shifts everything with landclass in the city, it will no doubt cause conflict with various areas.  You can turn this off, but again it may look silly since UT's main thing is proper landclass.  It has its benefits, but lately I've been going without it.
