Help with Payware

Postby Ein » Tue Jul 03, 2007 5:16 pm

Good Day chaps.
I've discovered the Alphasim site (and what a site it is!!) and I found a Flanker to get my paws on. Question is, Since I don't have FS9, only FSX, and the Flanker is designed to run in FS9 only, what should I do?
Wait for them to update it for FSX? Or try to find a nice freeware?
I've been searching for a nice B-1B Lancer as well, and Alphasim has a lovely B-1B for grabs.... Should I grab that and wait for the Su-27 update?
In quite of a dilemma here...  :-/ :'( :-?
Cheers,
Ein

I missed this post. The problem with FSX is like FS9 most aircraft for the older version will not work quite right in the newer version
Gauges not working right and some texture problems as well. As for the aircraft if you can contact the designer he/she might have a patch to make it work for FSX. If not then you will just have to wait. It will take some time for aircraft to be developed for FSX.
In the mean time check out this site they might have a fsx version of the aircraft www.avsim.com you will need to register to down load any thing but they have a lot of aircraft for FSX allready.

Well i would get the B-1B because that is a awesome aircraft (I have it) but i would get the SU-33 Naval Flanker because
#1 Alpha 2004 aircraft like F-117, F-22, EFA Typhoon etc... work on my FSX
#2 That aircraft is a beast!
