PMDG FMC Tutorial

Looking for a copy of Version 2 Tim Metzinger's FMC tutorial for PMDG 737ng.  No luck doing web searches.  Any help?

I'd be OK to help you with the plane, as my hour log on all PMDG 737NG's is in the high hundreds.
