problem with aerosoft

i bought the lukla scenery from them, and it all went smoothly, got both the e-mail saying thankyou for using saferpay... and the one with the download link and the serial number

but when i got the beaver, i got the emial through saying thankyou for using saferpay but i havent yet got through the one with the download link etc. etc.

does anyone know either if i have made a mistake or whether there has been a mistake on aerosofts side

Did you buy them in the same transaction? If so they will be on the same email. As always, check all your inboxes and junkmail - if not email aerosoft...

You dont need the e-mail. Just log on to your account on the aerosoft website and your order should be there with a download link.

yeh ive checked my junk emails and stuff, and i have looked at my account and order details and stuff, to no avail....

im not impressed

ill e-mail aerosoft tomorro when i get back from tennis and squash if the e-mail hasnt arrived by then

Hey again guys, im not sure how long i should wait before getting annoyed but i contacted aerosoft by e-mail but i have not had a reply yet, i emailed at 3 and it is now 10.

It also happens to be Saturday... ::)

You can't necessarily expect 24hr customer support from a relatively small company. Just Flight are the same 9pm - 5pm Monday to Friday. :)
