Retrieving PMDG 747-400

A little while ago i had some Computer Trouble, and i lost my PMDG 747, now my question: Does PMDG retrieve your products?

It begs the question ........ why didn't you back it up onto a disc?

Contact PMDG rather than asking here ;)
