A serious contender for "best" has to be Eaglesoft.  Their line of business jets and current GA aircraft are second to none in overall quality and performance.

Indeed, particularly as Just Flight tend not to make much payware, but rather publish other companies (Captain Sim (707,727, Mig-21, C-130), PSS (Airbus A340, 777, 757 etc))...

I note that Abacus popped up on the list, a fantastic Publisher I remember from long, long ago....
I recently purchased the excellent "EZ-Scenery" program by Abacus to compliment my "LAGO FSSE/FSE" scenery enhancers... ;D...!
...also..."Best Payware"....
"FS Navigator"...without a doubt... ;D...!

Paul...I just use the default and freeware aircraft, etc... ;)...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

Most of the stuff I own came from Flight 1, they carry some excellent stuff including thier own software,  with good support. So have to give them a thumbs up ;)

My favorites in no particular order:

Aircraft
RealAir
PMDG
Flight1
Captain Sim
Alphasim (Not That Bad)
Level-D Simulations

Scenery
FSAddon
Fly-Tampa
Aerosoft
Flight1 (GE2006 and FE2006)

Utilities (and Misc)
IGFLY (For Walk and Follow of Course)

Maybe there are more...but for now, these are all I remember from the top of my head...

Cheers all,
Ashar ;)

In terms of payware aircraft, I find that the best developer (even though they really only have like 2 planes), is Aeroworx.  For their King Air B200 especially.  Its not on the list, but they are more closely associated with Flight1.  Having spent so much money on a fleet of payware, their B200 excels everyone of them by some degree.

As for companies, which are quite close, I would say Realair is a good one too.  I purchased their SF260 last night and the thing just feels so good and so light on frames.  Feels like real flying.

Level D is also a great company if you like flying big 767s.  PMDG as well for around the same detail level.   :)
Cheers,
RB
