fspassengers and unlock key

i have downloaded demo and then i purchased it but when i unlock the software....it unlocks but after a minute or so a dialoug appears in green line that unauthorized fspassengers....plz buy it.now plz what to do..is there any problem in the cfg file or any other file.. i have contacted fspassengers site again and again but no response from their site...i love this add on but confused.now what to do...help me...

As for the demo, I don't have it but I heard it is limited to Seattle?

He said he's purcahsed it and received a code I think...and yes the program is just limited to you taking-off from Seattle...but you can land anywhere you want

I am at the FS Passengers site quite a bit and have not seen any inquiries as to needing the unlock code. What you have to do is log onto the website forum, and contact the user DanSteph who is the developer. Give him your purchase information - Name, address, serial number that was given to you when you purchased it, invoice # etc and he will fix it for you.

Dan is excellent about this kind of issue.

The demo is limited to San Francisco not Seattle. I too have trouble with them. I recently did a big reinstal of my system and emailed their 'support' email requesting a new unlock code. Several days later and i've heard nothing. Not impressed!

Dan is a one man operation. If you dont get a response email, make a post on the forums in the support section.

Fair play, Dan has emailed me back. He pointed out that as I bought it via SimMarket, the activation info will still be on my account there. All I have to do is log on to them and retreve it. Hopefully, this aplies to you Capt. as well.
