Of course you have to be part of the Eaglesoft DG to do it.  Otherwise, you get it like the rest of the world does - pay for it!

There are plenty of good freeware designers out there GIVING their stuff away so there should be no need for you to effectively steal something that someone has probably spent a lot of time and effort on and has decided to charge for it
