OK heres a short list based on having a fast PC with a high power graphics card:

GA-
Dreamfleet / Flight 1 Beechcraft A36
BizJet -
Eaglesoft Cessna Citation X
Commerical Jet -
level D Simulations 767 (although I dont have this one Ive head nothing but good things about it)
Warbird -
RealAir Sumulations Spitfire
Scenery -
Flight 1 USA Ultimate Terrain and/or Canada Alaska Terrain (two separate software items both fantastic)
For added sense of something missing in the sim for added fun-
FS Passengers (I havent flown without it since I got it a week or two ago as Im just for some reason loving it lol)

See that wasnt so bad.

There are a bunch of quality paywares out there that Im sure will be added to your inquiry but the above I think are some of the best of the best
My life is like the movie Office Space

If you like warbirds the list is as follows;
RealAir Spitfire - if you haven't got this you're not flying! This redefined add-on aircraft :o MUST HAVE!!!
Wings of Power - any of the range by Shockwave are a must, the WWII Heavy Bombers and Jets package is fantastic, the P-51 is lovely. I'm waiting to get my grubby mits on the new FW-190 8)
For sheer beauty the Classic Wings P-51 is gorgeous!
The new Aeroplane Heaven Corsairs are a slice of gull-winged heaven.
And if you like Cold War stuff Just Flights Vulcan and anything by Alphasim are worth looking at ;)

Does Level-D 767 have a virtual cabin by any chance?
Cheers,

Rocketbird,
The LDS767 does not have a Virtual Cabin, but the Virtual Cockpit is very detailed and I love it!

I still LOVE the FSD Panther Navajo. I also have their Cheyenne 400 and the Seneca V, but the Navajo is something special.

LVD 767 VC is awesome and is probally the best one out.   They don't have a SID/STAR base up yet although someone did make one with a bunch of SID/STAR.  I just don't know though I like the aircraft and all, the liveries are second to none but for some reason I just don't think it is worth the price.  I wish I could pin point it to something.

Aerial Foundry's Blue Angels.
You get 16 different aircraft for about 17 bucks USD.
And they are phenominal.

My can't live without payware list? Ok.

Active Camera
PMDG 737
ActiveSky(new version out now, i just have Wfx)

FSGenesis American Data Roads or USA Roads
FSGenesis Landclass(at least some landclass mesh to make the mountains placed in the right spots)

If just one item: PMDG 737(you can download the flight1 camera for free if you dont want to pay for ActiveCamera), it's the best payware there is!(imho:)
