F1's Flight Environment

Postby Rocket_Bird » Mon Jun 06, 2005 10:11 pm

Hi there,

Was looking into Flight 1's Flight Environment.  I was wondering if anyone has tried it out?  I was looking at its screenshots, as well as its promotional video, and the thing just looks stunning!  I also heard on a post somewhere on here that it even goes easier on the frame rates so that I can maybe kick it up a notch, is this true?  Anyone have their 2 cents on this?

Thanks
Cheers,
RB

I got FE about a week ago and I'm happy with it.

As far as frame rates, I haven't noticed any change, up or down. However, FE does give you a couple of options to use more frame rate freindly

Fs Sky world, must have....

Im fond of many Flight1 programs..
But F1fe, just doesnt cut it...

water textures are the same as FS water, there earlier release..
And the Sky's you can just get in FS Sky world....

So i dont realy see the point in shedding out for F1fe, when you could get FS Skyworld which is waaayyy better imo, for free...

I just dont get it..  :(

It depends how you configure Fs Sky World, and theres also alot of combinations with other packages that you can do....

I might get F1fe, but i doubt i'll use it that much

Actually at this point, I wouldn't recomend that anyone get anything as ASV (Active Sky-5) is set to be released any day now and it will make FS Sky World and much of FE unnessary/redundant. :)
