PSS 777 2002 version

Postby jorange1 » Wed Feb 09, 2005 1:41 am

Does any one have difficulty with the PSS 777 2002 version installed in FS2004?  Aircraft is only partially visable, no gauges visable. Do have sound and effects.

I haven't tried this one personally, but quite a number of the 2k2 models are not compatible with FS9.

I haven't attempted it yet but I can tell you what I read was done with the original corporate pilot planes.  Perhaps it would work on the PSS airliners.  What this person did was locate fs9 compatible versions of the planes represented in the corporate pilot collection and then he installed the disk to fs9 and then installed the corporate pilot panels in the fs9 compatible versions.  Perhaps that would work with the PSS airliners, at least in terms of giving an external model.  The gauges should work, I mean there are a lot of FS 98 gauges in use even.  The FMC's should work as well if the nav library updates are downloaded and installed in FS9.

Meljet's 777's owns PSS, it's a real shame that PSS graphics is disappointing while being a payware because Meljet's 777's are FREE and top notch!
