Your house in FS9-what's it worth?

Postby Ottopilot » Fri Nov 05, 2004 7:06 pm

If someone was able to reproduce an accurate model/bgl of your house from photographs you provided, would you be interested?

Interesting idea.  I think that might actually catch on.  Perhaps you might start a site devoted to doing individual buildings on request; not just houses.

I think that for scenery designers there might also be some interest in a package bundle of commercial buildings that included such stuff as generic type Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Circuit City, Staples, Officemax, McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, Pizza Hut, and so on.

I'm sure I would buy it if it were a good portion of the area around my house in a say, 5-mile radius.  I now tons of work goes into that, but I think I would not buy it if it was just my house.

I think its a great idea ottopilot. It would have to be something that you really like to as you wont be making a lot of cash out of it. But I would sure dish out $30 for my house and the surrounding area.

I say go for it as long as it will just be a hobby. I can see how fun it would be to fly over my house in FS9. And maybe fly down the street and see Wal-Mart and Target. Like I said ottopilot, go for it! ;D
