Weird Flight Dynamics (ANYBODY?)

I have a PA-128 (Piper Cherokee Arrow).

Is the AP on by any chance?  This is the most common cause of this problem.

Ok i just found an update concerning the Center of gravity however i am behind a firewall and cannot download it.
