What is the name of the airport in Japan that is on its own little island?

Can't think of one in Japan, but the new Hong Kong International (VHHH) is on its own island.

You could do the tourist thing from there, and go to see the de-commissioned Kai Tak...

It's Kansai, on a small man made island near Osaka, a fieght of enginering.
