Starting from location aircraft carrier...

Hi,
I have setup an aircraft carrier: location, made it landable and provided it with navaids.
The problem is that I cannot start from this location because an error-message says that I will crash with the object.
I made the configuration with Airportforwindows 2.6 and the strange thing is, that once I could do it. Perhaps I must set the altitude a little higher than the flightdeck ? Something else ?

As I would test the aircraft carrier on another location, I am able to start now on the location of the first carrier (I remember now: as it happened before)... but I do not find the new carrier in the menu and it is not landable, h

If I save flight, then I can start from the desired location... fine.

As I want to export this scenery, I like to export this setting too. Such possibilities are also seen in software setups, such as "AirCrane" or "Flightdeck III" where you can choose a flight.
But how do you do that ?
