Can you save halfway through missions? And if yes, how?

Yup.

Hit alt, go to flights, save flight. ";" should be the shortcut. It took me about 3 months to figure this one out  ;D

yep, the semi-colon - ; is the save flight button

and to reopen the flight, at the main menu, go to select a flight > my saved flights.

to delete a flight, go to "my Documents > Flight Simulator Files, all your saved flights are here

glad to be of service :D

Thanks a lot. I have another question. Whats the best graphic options I can use to get the best graphics on the game? I have a good video car, a lot of RAM and a lot of space.

Thanks,

If your specs are even decent, you should be able to run everything max and get 20-30 FPS (I did)
