I think that this is the Torque factor of the engines. If it is very slight in the air, and pronounced on takeoff, then thats is what it is. Its not a fault, just good realism. To check, turn off Torque in Realism settings. with it off, it shouldn't happen.

The torque setting is in the off position it only seems to affect a few add on planes . I saw something in the forums a while back it's in the CFG file I think.    thanks for the reply

I had the same problem in my "Airwolf" that I was loading from a "Saved Flight" state.  I loaded as if from scratch, created a new "Saved Flight" and have been on the straight and narrow ever since.

Just a thought.

People who build addon planes sometimes like to put more realism in them (I couldn't get a B-17 off the ground until I read the manual where it told me to adjust the trim before taking off).

You may need to adjust the trim on your plane to get it to fly straight.

Another question just came to mind-- does this happen on auto-pilot, too?

It SOUNDS like you saved a default flight with the rudder trim set a little to the left.  Go into the keyboard commands menu and find the command that centers the rudder.  Assign it if it isn't already and then use it.
