ATC & Pilot Voices - Problem

I have never before had a problem hearing the ATC and Pilot voices.  Now I can only hear the engine noise, the voices do not come through at all.  Has anyone had this problem before and solved it please?

This may sound stupid but hace you checked to see if there is a voice enabled? Failing that is the sound of the ATC turned on?

maybe it's because your usenglighbig.gvp/usenglishsmall.gvp file is corrupted.
CRC32 of my usenglishbig.gvp is 7ee82452, you might want to checksum yours and compare the checksums...
