checkride

Postby BoMarley » Wed Sep 08, 2004 7:46 am

hi again, addicted ppl, i have another question for u, and u better have the answer cuz im all pissed off with that bitch who calls herself "instructor".

ok, the problem is: "steep turns".

i did all the lessons of rod machado and he always said im good cuz i did all his shit well, including steep turns.

heres what happens: i start the checkride, listen to her crap, takeoff, turn left and shes says: GOOD! (or something like that). so far so good. than she says to do a steep turn to the left.

steep turn? thats piece of cake, i did it on machado's classes. i do it and then 1 of 2 things happen:
silence-she doesnt seem to be awake cuz she doesnt says noting and i keep fying, pass by the airport and nothing.
-as soon as i finish the turn she says: "im sorry, ull have to go back to rod..."

hell! what am i doing wrong? i did it about 20 times and she never said 1 single time that i did ok.

my airspeed is always the same during the turn, about 70 knots or something like that, i keep +- a constant inclination, 45 degrees bank, and the height is, most of the times, regular. but hell, what does she expects? that i keep the same altitude during the whole turn?
do i have to use flaps?
goddam that b...

PLEASE, help me

This is because the majority of folks on this site have more interesting ways of communicating than using the lanuguage that it censored. ;)
Great edit, Bob.
