pilot lacking in sim AC

I have a couple of favorite sim planes that the developer did not incl a pilot, i.e. the CHEROKEE FLOAT.
Anyone know how to install a pilot in A/C that doesn't have one?

If the author didn't put one in the model, then it can't be added.
