Default Boeing 737-400 AirSpeed Indicator

Hi My Name is kenny

The red and white neddle on the airspeed indicator is
stuck on 350kts would anyone know how to fix this neddle . How can I edit the gauge its self.

It's not stuck that's the Maximum operating speed (vmo/mmo) indicator. If you want to select speed, either do it on the bottom left of the airspeed indicator or on the MCP panel, you'll see an orange speed bug.
