AutoPilot isnt working!

how come when you download some planes, and liveries, the auto pilot doesnt work on them. this doesnt happen to all of the ones I download, just some. why is this, and how can i fix it?

D/L'd that and tried the autopilot in Nav and GPS mode,autothrottle and etc. and it did everything for me.

Have another look at it and see if there is something you are missing. Or it may be a corrupt file and you need to download it again.

ive tried reinstalling it, but it still didnt work. when ever i press Z, the plane wont hold where it is, itll just sink down....

Firstly I did mean download it again not reinstall.

Secondly Z is the key stroke to disable A/P.

Are you using keyboard or mouse? There is a list of keyboard commands in 'settings' I think(I murder my mouse through over work!!).

Hi RX Silver,
               Try loading flight sim as normal with a default aircraft (where autopilot works ok) then using alt key switch the aircraft to one that is giving problems.should find this corrects the problem.      Arthurplum.
