Hi. this may seem dumb, but i am doing 'Private pilot' on FS2002, and i can't find the charts! It says 'Look in the charts folder', but where is that? I just got the sim, so its a sharp learning curve from CFS1! lol,

Had the same question a looonnngg time ago. So it's not so dumb (there's no such thing as dumb questions is the motto around here, isn't it!)
The charts are in your microsoft games\fs2002\charts folder.
Mind you, some charts are missing. Do a Google search on "fs2002 checkrides missing charts" and you'll probably find them somewhere on the net.
And then; the checkrides are full of bugs and faults (you are given wrong directions etc.) You won't be able to complete them without some help. Also to be found on the net by searching "FS2002 checkrides".

A lot of FS2002 enthousiasts gave up at some point. So did I, after the IFR checkride.
