Does anyone know how I can make the blue taxiway lights brighter? What file controls those blue lights?
If I knew what file it was I could try to edit the color...right?

There is a download available somewhere on SimV (probably the 2002 Misc section) that makes all the runway lights and other lights brighter.  Try searching for "runway lights" on the search engine.
