This is exactly the reason I "boot up" the computer and fly! Virtually speaking that is. ;) I'm a Learjet Captain, and I can't afford to rent an airplane either, most of the time! After a day's worth of "real" flying, though, I still like to get my fix. 8)Ottol have you seen the current rental prices of planes these days?
awash......you need to take notes from logjam on this one! Wether you're flying the computer or the real thing, you can't just give up! That goes for life in general. I paid $600 for the setup I have now! Another $75 for some more RAM and I was up and running. P4 w/128mb of RAM, and no "notchiness" or crashing! Mine was a floor model. If you need help, there are other areas here at this sight where you can post questions re your problem. ;)but I'll be damned if I'll give up!!

I found a new HP with a Nvidea Geforce4 5200FX 128MB graphics card but its 1565 dollars then I found a Gateway with a 3.06gig P4w hyperthread and I may get it with a Geforce 5900FX 256MB graphics card but the CPU is Intel so will it give me the same problem as the intell graphics controler and for your information no way in HELL will I ever give up on you guys as for my real flying carear I will be better off flying FS2002 and 2004 then I would a real plane
