Gates at the airport

??? Can anybody tell me how to get the actual  gates at airports. i have seen them in pictures but at every airport i visit there are no gates or airbridges. i have now put all of my graphic settings to extremely dense but this has made no difference......help

FS doesn't have them.
The shots you have seen are add-on sceneries thet designers made. FS, by defautl, does not have them.

are these then availible for download, and if so where, and how easy to  install them. i am fairly newbie at fs 2002, i have done a fair bit on fs98 so i do know the structure?

You download scenery airports, which most bring the jetways, i think they are called.......you can't download a file that applies it to all airports, unfortunately. Only individual add-on airports.

Nah Brad, normally we have to dig their fingers out of the ceiling where they've been clinging on whilst I've been zooming around San Fransisco the wrong err right way up....... ;D

Ozzy;

I know this is off topic, but we had a real life
happening like that, 41' GulfStar Mid Atlantic
small gail came up, later we found owners
cat hanging from the ceiling and wasn't going
to let go, stayed up there 3 hours!!!

bit of mis information. larger airports do have the gates, they are only static though. you need to turn up the scenery levels a bit.

and from what "hear" 2k4 will have them as default  :P

they are default on 2002. just need to turn your scenery levels up

Which slider? I have turned autogen and Mesh complexity all the way up.
