FS2002 Approach/Runway Lights

How can I keep Approach / Runway Lights On in daylight hours? From dawn to dusk FS2002 practically removes any lighting which in my opinion is un-realistic.
Can any one inform me of a setting or fix...Many thanks.

i have no clue, but i really dont remember seeing the lights being on during my lessons. then again maybe i was to busy avoiding other aircraft:)
