Removing Static Aircraft

I have tried removing some static aircraft from downloaded scenery files but it leves a white skeleton
Can anyone tell me what file in textures removes this??????????????

Unless the designer put the statics in in a separate bgl file (in the 'scenery' folder of the downloaded scenery) I'm afraid you can't remove em
