Will EndItAll work with Win XP?

Postby JBaymore » Thu Jun 05, 2003 10:49 pm

Hi.

I downloaded the "EndItAll" program the other day.  It is used to shut down EVERYTHING that isn't needed that is using the computer's resources before flying.

The docs that came with it say Win 98 and NT........ but they don't say anything about XP.

Anyone know if this is an OK program for use with XP (which is a LOT like NT)...... or what the latest version of EndItAll is and if THAT version is chacked out on XP?

I hate to just run the program to "see what happens".  Not crazy about reinstalling my hard drives  :P

Thanks.

Hi,

Look here: http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=fs2002;action=display;num=1054580516

The two liks in my post there take you to an XP tweak guide, which tells you which programs you can shut down without doing any harm.

Hope that helps,
