Most Realistic AI

I've just learned that Most Realistic AI has shut down their project! >:(

In the farewell message they speak of a "Master File" that contains all of their work to date, but I'm confused about where to look for it.  Has anyone seen this file?

It's mrai_master_030526.zip.

You'll find it at avsim if it's not in the library here.
