If you have Windows XP, then you need no .zip decompressors / compressors due to its inbuilt zip module ;) I dont know for sure but, i heard somewhere that WinME has this too ::)
I've been using WinZip for several years & wouldn't be without it. AFAIK it has no multi-extract option & will only work with one zipfile at a time. This is no problem as it can be done very quickly. I can unzip 20 zipfiles in less time than it took to write this. There is no need to run WinZip itself to zip or extract files. Try the right-click options from Windows Explorer for greased lightning results.
