So if i want to add a F-27 but i was just landed from a flight.........i can just move it in then go to the aircraft and choose it and i don't need to restart Fs?.........it is so much faster that way! But are there any limits? like panels, gauges or anything?
Yes you can, but what I meant was that if you make an alteration to an aircraft you already have, let's say to the position of a guage on a panel, then you can view the alteration by swapping planes and swapping back again.
That resets the whole plane. The original post regarding this was pointing out that if you make a change without re-loading the aircraft, it won't be visible until you do.
One thing to note if you add a new aircraft whilst running FS2002 and select it without restarting - you may get an error message when you select it saying FS2002 can't find the model. Usually you can ignore it but it's wiser to do a re-start when adding new aircraft as opposed to modifying them.
