Blue moon & haze

Postby giotessari » Wed May 21, 2003 2:48 am

1) I've noted that in FS the moon is always the same colour (pale blue/white), even if it's coming up from the horizon (in the real world instead it appears more red/orange). Anyone know if there's a add on or a way to come up with this ?

2) The other funny thing (I remember someone posted about this, but I'm not able to find the post anymore...) is that in FS everything is too much clear (trees, buildings). In other words : there is no haze. It' doesn't look like the visibility setting will change this feature. Anyone know how to set this parameter ?

Thx

i dont know about the moon..but about the haze, you cant really get it, but to make it half realistic, you can set down your visitility (via weather NOT settings) and i set it to 20 miles, which has a nice realistic distant fog (like in real life) which is pretty good..oh and if your turn up/down the visibility in settings, you are altering the visibility you can see distance wise, not fog wise..
