How to edit Flight Dynamics?

Hi everybody,
Does somebody know where i can find some step by step and comprehensive tutorials about "How to edit Flight Dynamics" .(I have "Flight Dynamics Editor" ,but it seems so much difficult to have an aircraft with your prefered characteristics)

That's the utility I use, also. I like it, because I found it fairly simple and dummy friendly. (Perfect for me )

Please be sure to read the HELP files and find a good tutorial to make sure you understand exactly what your changing.
