Leg 13 complete....but....

Postby FSTipster » Sat May 03, 2003 2:54 pm

Wel it had to happen didn't it...LOL.

I'm not superstitious, but FS2002 is rapidly converting me!

I flew most of the leg without any problems, landed safely (twice - more in the report to follow) and.....
discovered that my screenshot utility hadn't worked.

It failed to work initially because I forgot to activate it ::), and then subsequently had some kind of error that meant I ended up with 1 shot.

Fortunately, I've got autosave running, so I'm going to be able to retrieve quite a few shots. I'll reconstruct what I can.

The report will be published in a day or two after I've had chance to collect the pics and put it altogether in the usual way.

I'm very glad you enjoy it. It is a lot of work, but it's a lot of fun too. I'm looking forward to a BIG (real) drink at the end of it! ;D

Even if there aren't any screenshots, we'll all still enjoy the report ;)

Very kind of you to say so Andrew. :)

I've retrieved a few of the approach and landing at Guardiamarina Zanatu.

I've now changed the autosave settings so that in future, I'll have the entire flight stored in 5 minute intervals. If anything similar ever happens again, it shouldn't be a problem capturing the highlights hopefully.

Hmm, spooky stuff John! Glad to hear you made it okay, I'll take a look at the report later when I'm awake.

Mark ;)

Ps. 13 is my lucky number, maybe you should have flown the leg inverted and under every bridge and ladder to prevent trouble?
