save flight utility

I saw a Utility that saves your flight every so often, so that if you crash or your computer crashes too,  you  wouldnt have to start all over again.

I was lookin for it  but i dont find it!

Can you please tell me the name of the utility or where specifically i can find it......a link would be even better

Or alternatively, hit the ';' key on a regular basis, and save the flight yourself. If you're an author and use word processors a lot, it's a habit you get into!
