:)Could you be a little more specific as to what exactly the error reads, then it would be easier to help you.

Yes!  I'm Sorry

Just wasn't sure  the exact message, so had to go back to see what it said

"Unable to load some third party software....
gauges\dfd_gpws.GAU"

I downloaded A320, I also got this message  when i downloaded  the A320 from Project Airbus!!

any help will be very appreciated

Check your FS2002/modules folder.

You need FSsound.dll to be in it. It should have been provided with the panel.

If it's there, it's probably an old version and you need to add the following lines to your FS2002.cfg file:

[OldModules]
FSsound.dll=1

I Think i saw somewhere a place where you had a list of .DLL's you could download

If  not please tell me what else can i DO????? :(

:)After looking at your question and the error message, Tipster is right about what to do, but the wrong approach. The fault is the gauge , which is from an older version of flight simulator.
Go to the Fs2002.cfg file and add the following:
  [OLDMODULES]
  Gauges\dfd_gpws.GAU=1
make sure you do this exact, or it will not work.
 Any problems, post again.
