Good site for step by step tutorials?

Postby M.Bison » Mon Apr 21, 2003 12:10 am

Simviation's tips section had a great tutorial on a step by step door to door flight for a heavy.   Are there some other sites with good tips and step by step tutorials.. such as specific flights or tough challenging flights with step by step instructions?  Thanks very much for any assistance. And stay safe in the skies!!!

Most premade flights come with some kind of instructions in the README file.

Thanks Ozzy!

I was thinking of like the article on this site called "Flying a 737 from A to B in IFR Conditions"

http://www.simviation.com/fstutorial_nav1.htm

Basically if you know of another site with more articles like this one.  Or one that has a compilation of cool tricks and tips.  Thanks!

Fly Safe!

You might want to keep an eye on FSI magazine, the new freeware e-magazine of virtual aviation, they are meant to be doing some interesting articles on such matters soon. Their address is http://fsgateway.com/fs-inflight-magazine/

Ozzy,

I can confirm that this is true and that this section will begin - with a number of other new and expanded sections - in FSI2 due early May.

Going on developments so far we expect FSI2 to be around twice the size of the first edition and we are still in talks with various developers and interested parties in this regard.

We also remain interested in all users who feel that they would like to submit material for possible inclusion in FSI2 (reviews, articles, stories, etc).

We are also in talks with Simviation with respect to an article about this site, its history, its users and its future.
