f-16 rolling at start

I downloaded a f-16 and when it loads up, the idle is up a little and i know my joystick throttle is disable and i hit F1 but what can i do to change it?  maybe edit a file or something?

Use your joystick's adjustment utility and make sure your throttle lever is correctly centered/adjusted.

All the way up/forward=full throttle
Halfway down/back=50% power
All the way down/back=idle
