does anyone know where I can find another site like PAI. I need more Aer Lingus Traffic!

There are no other sites like ProjectAI.

While there are places where you can download more aircraft and more flight plans, doing so simply would not be realistic.

If you don't care how realistic your sim is, simply copy some of the flight plans and then reload them into the flight plan text file and compile.  
But, if you don't change a few things, such as departure and arrival times, you will have duplicate aircraft that appear to be flying in formation.

I found this very annoying. I once installed some flightplans and was flying into Seattle one night, and what I saw looked like a whole bomber formation was flying towards me! There were about 30 aircrafts with the same callsign ::)

I also discovered this phenomena happened in several cities at the same time every night. Needless to say, it didn't take me long uninstall those flightplans ;D
