Spring is here

....and that means the start of track (in America, at least.)

Who else runs track. Let's here some bragging on times? I go to a small school so were definitely not 5-AAAAA competition, but I run sprints and am better at mid distance. I run a sad 12.9 in the 100, a 23 something in the 200 and a slightly better 54-55 in the 400. I'm also on the 4x400 team and our team runs about a 3:30. I'm sure there are plenty of people that beat these times, so let's here it. 8-)

Never was on any track team, but always very good in that part of PE.  Long ago.  I remember running the 50 yard dash once in 5.2 sec.  If I've got that right.  Just a PE run, no outside training.  100 yards, tended to slow toward the end, don't remember any other times.  Light upper body, powerful legs, and lots of bike (bicycle) riding back then helped, so always fast on the feet.

Long ago, that is.
