A good read

I am only half way though, but if you want a cracking read, then, Strike Eagle: Flying the F-15E in the Gulf War will keep you riveted.
Not (and with the greatest of respect to any Colloquial Cousins) at all, ra, ra ra, USA all the way, we kicked Sadam's butt book. Rather, there I was at 300 feet, triple A like July the 4th wondering how much will be left of me for my wife to bury and if I survive, will I get out of the aircraft before I soil myself!! Very frank down to earth interviews with F15E pilots and Rears from the run up to I assume the end of the war (I am only half way through the book). You wont be disappointed.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
