Airbourne - Thanks Souichiro

Ok, figured I would give them a shot, and HOLY CRAP what a terrific album!!!!!!!!!!  I don't know if it is an Aussie thing or what but they sound a LOT like ACDC with a touch of big hair metal added to the mix...the kind of rock that should be played loud enough to shred your face and melt your spine.

I gotta say I am pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying this album.  I checked their website and saw they were supposed to tour with Motorhead here in the States but it got cancelled  :'(  THat would have been the show to see this year since I am also a huge Motorhead fan  8-)

This Monday I will be slamming my steering wheel drums and rattling windows with my subs as a rock out to Airbourne at an unreasonable volume on my way to work.

This wasn't an invite for all you English to rub in all the cool shows you get to go see OK!!!!!!!!!    ;D  ;D

Just kidding (sorta)  Lucky Bastad, only shows around here in the Bay area are the hippy/stoner bands singing about "certain rights" and politics, stuff I can't discuss here for damn good reasons lol.

I need a good METAL show, let's get some 'Tallica or Ozzy up here!!!!!!!!!  $#it I'll even go to another Def Leppard concert, anything but the crap that plays here!!!!!!!!!

You're welcome!!

They were a very pleasant surprise for me as well!

A show was planned for the 24th of december ( rotten date ) but was cancelled! Definitely do want to see them!

March 09 is a good time to be in the netherlands .. Both AC/DC and Metallica are coming...

For me for now... 10th of November
