Iron man modified plane?

 Fans and those who had watch Iron man, remember that there is a part where Tony and the commander were drunk in a private plane? It looks like the BBJ (B737) except the rudder and stabilizer.

My question is: have this even exist?
I hope that you all have information about this! if there is any photos, do tell me!

Probably the first half does, while the tail was painted green and they CGed the tail in.
