Is anyone fascinated by the series? I just got it on Blu-Ray disk and the quality of the cinematic landscape is just astounding.

Just amazing how the people captured all the great places on the planet.

It seems like the TV version was narrated by someone else. He narrated the HD DVD and Blu-ray disk versions.

I'm pretty sure David Attenborough narrated the english TV series.....and an excellent TV series it was.....another fine product of the BBC Bristol Natural History department......in fact My school's wildlife photography competition is judged by one of the Planet Earth camerawomen.
