Doesn't it start Oct. 3rd?

Word says season three is about the Others and their history.

he's talking about the UK showing, its only just finished showing season 2 here.

I thought they rushed it again, much like the season 1 final. It was muddled up in places and it just seemed like the writers were rushing to get to the end.

You know the story line was only supposed to last three series. But now they've decided to spread it out to over twice that. Thats why everything is so long, drawn out and nonsensical.

I gotta say this is my favourite program EVER, adore it! I agree its starting to get a bit 'messy', especially the last episodes but....still love it.

Anyone know when the next uk series starts?

Well, the season premier was ok.  It was another Jake flash back episode, and they didn't show any of the other survivors exept Jack, Sawer, and Kate.  I wont ruin it for anybody else, unless you people want to know, then I will post a full synopsis of the episode.

In Greece, season 2 has started 3-4 weeks ago and they play two episodes a week. I watched the first season, although I found all those flashbacks boring. I don't think I will keep watching a series which spans to several years. It reminds soap-operas' tactics and to say the truth I am afraid even the writer does not know how to bind all those mysteries together in the end. I have a feeling the end will be disappointing. I am not a series person indeed and it is the only one I watched for more than 4-5 episodes in the last 20 years or more.

I just watched Season 1 Episode one tonight and it was pretty interesting.  I'm dying to know what killed the pilot...  ;D  Have we got a Jurassic Park thing going on here?

Well, I came across this on google: http://www.lostpedia.com/wiki/Main_Page
It is pretty comprehensive with every little thing in each episode dissected  and analyzed to its fullest.
